Spa Etiquette
  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
  • Plan to eat no sooner than one hour before massage.
  • Please let us know ahead of time any gender preferences for your therapist, or if you have any specific needs or limitations.
  • Please inform your therapist if you are pregnant or have any health related conditions such as diabetes. high blood pressure, history of stroke or clotting disorders or allergies.
  • We request an 8 hour notice of  cancellation to avoid charges.
  • If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to assure therapist is available for their next scheduled appointment.
  • In consideration of all our guests, please turn off all electronic devices while visiting Lavish.
  • Gratuities are not included and may be added at your discretion.
